Refund Policy

Overview

We stand behind everything we offer at GetEducated.ai. If you're not satisfied with your experience, we want to make it right. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to the full platform — including courses, live sessions, and the community — which constitutes delivery of the service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (New Members)

If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with GetEducated.ai within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. To be eligible:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your first payment.
• This applies to your first subscription only — not renewals or subsequent subscriptions.
• You must contact us at info@geteducated.ai with your account email and reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date
• Requests made after the 7-day window for new members
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
• Requests citing reasons outside of our control (e.g., personal schedule changes, internet connectivity issues)

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at info@geteducated.ai. We will investigate and, where applicable, issue a correction or refund promptly.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account and navigating to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
• Emailing us at info@geteducated.ai with your account email and cancellation request

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
