1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetEducated.ai (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2. Description of Service

GetEducated.ai is an online learning and community platform that provides:

• On-demand courses on AI, automation, business, and technology
• Live weekly workshops, Q&A sessions, and coaching calls
• A members-only community for learning, accountability, and peer connection
• Access to tools, templates, and resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including courses, videos, templates, graphics, and written materials — is owned by GetEducated.ai or its content partners and is protected by copyright. You may access and use content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our written permission.

7. Community Standards

By participating in our community, you agree not to:

• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant content
• Harass, threaten, or demean other members
• Share content that is illegal, hateful, or discriminatory
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute community content
• Impersonate other members, instructors, or staff

Violation of community standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Results described by members are not guaranteed and may not be typical.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetEducated.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to GetEducated.ai in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
